Self as Coach
My “Self as Coach” is a reflective awareness that taps my life context, identities, experiences, narratives, and “internal landscape.”
It is the tool that supports our strong working alliance by enabling my:
-
Presence – being fully present and engaged in the moment, alert to all that is happening on multiple levels.
-
Empathic Stance – experiencing your feelings and holding those spaces together.
-
Range of Feelings – exploring a full scope of emotions to support your self-development.
-
Boundary Awareness – differentiating our individual personas and human systems to help you notice your own dynamics.
-
Somatic Awareness – perceiving your body’s signals to help build your mind-body connections.
-
Courage to Challenge – examining areas that are uncomfortable to explore, surfacing patterns out of your awareness.
